We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Wayne, PA. This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What we’re looking for:

  • A current, valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state or proof of eligibility.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with at least five years of PT experience.
  • Reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising PT assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support staff in line with state regulations and professional standards.
  • Managing your clinical and billing documentation promptly and following department and patient treatment schedules.
  • Participating in patient care and staffing conferences and attending required work-related meetings.
  • Working closely with the rehab team to select and adapt therapeutic programs that meet each patient’s needs.
  • Screening, examining, and evaluating patients to establish diagnoses, set treatment goals, and create individualized care plans.
  • Delivering and documenting a wide range of therapeutic interventions (therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, airway clearance, integumentary repair, electrotherapeutic and mechanical modalities, health and wellness education, chronic disease management, fall risk assessment/intervention, and case management).
  • Teaching and evaluating patients’ mobility skills, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans through routine reexaminations.
  • Conducting home and community mobility assessments and providing practical safety recommendations.
  • Referring patients to other disciplines or agencies when appropriate.
  • Promoting a safe environment by identifying and eliminating fire and safety hazards.
  • Ordering, maintaining, and cleaning supplies and equipment—and reporting needed repairs.
  • Ensuring patients and their families receive compassionate, high-quality service.
  • Incorporating health and wellness programming into treatment plans.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
