Requirements:
- 2 years CURRENT PT experience
- DOCTORATE
- Updated CAQH must be provided after start
- NPImust be provided after start
- Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Previous Rehab Experience
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- CPSI EMR experience - Highly Preferred
- Previous experience working with PTA's - Preferred
- Traveler perm address
- This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
- New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- Vermont license
- BLS (AHA)
