Contract/Travel opportunity in Springfield, VT beginning 05/26/2026. Day shift, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week). No regular weekend requirement; holiday coverage as needed. Rate: $2,512/40 hours.
Core requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years current PT experience, including outpatient diagnoses; must be able to treat the full scope of conditions seen in outpatient clinics
- Flexible to provide inpatient PT coverage as needed
- Active Vermont PT license (New Hampshire license or PT compact acceptable)
- Active American Heart Association BLS (AHA)
- Traveler must provide a permanent address and have their own vehicle (small community; no public transit)
Documentation and preferences
- Updated CAQH and NPI to be provided after start
- Previous rehab and travel experience strongly preferred
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Experience supervising or working with PTAs preferred
Additional notes
- This is a contract/travel assignment. Candidates should be prepared for occasional inpatient float and holiday coverage.
