- Schedule: Monday–Friday 7a–5p
- Setting: Inpatient hospital

**Clinical Details**
- ~60 surgical cases per day across 22 ORs
- Case mix: general, neuro, vascular, ortho, trauma
- Adult-heavy population with some pediatric cases
- CRNA supervision required (~40%)
- Full-scope anesthesia including regional, OB, and complex cases

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Anesthesiology (no BE)
- Active CO license or IMLC
- BLS, ACLS, PALS/APLS
- Must cover 2 consecutive weeks/month
- Central line + pediatric experience required
- Clean background + NPDB (within 30 days)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
