Located in Rockford, Illinois
A Sleep Medicine opportunity is available in Rockford, Illinois with a growing, well-established program offering strong referral support, flexible scheduling, and the ability to shape regional sleep care delivery.
**About the Position**
-Full-time or flexible FTE options available
-Outpatient-focused sleep medicine practice
-No call required if practicing sleep medicine exclusively
-Care for both adult and pediatric patients
-Opportunity to improve access and optimize sleep study utilization
**Practice Highlights**
-Established sleep program with continued growth
-Two sleep labs with remote interpretation capability
-Only Inspire therapy program in the region
-Strong built-in referral base from 100+ primary care providers and multiple specialties
-Team-based care model with physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAs
**Technology and Support**
-EPIC EMR system
-Dedicated prior authorization team to streamline workflow
-Opportunity to redesign referral pathways and reduce unnecessary testing
**Qualifications**
-MD or DO with completion of accredited residency
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine
-Comfort treating pediatric patients
-Eligible for Illinois medical license and DEA
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Competitive base salary: $360,524 – $465,600
-wRVU production incentives and additional earning potential
-Generous vacation and CME allowance
