- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee health services and occupational health programs
- Conduct health screenings, immunizations, and exposure follow-up
- Monitor and track infectious diseases and reportable conditions
- Develop and implement infection prevention policies and protocols
- Perform surveillance and audits to ensure compliance
- Educate staff on infection control practices and safety standards
- Investigate exposures and outbreaks and recommend interventions
- Maintain accurate records and regulatory documentation
