Travel Physical Therapist (PT) — Nashua, NH (13-week Contract)

Join a 13-week contract opportunity in Nashua, NH, starting ASAP. This full-time role follows a weekday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: Travel pay $2,424/40 hrs; Local pay $2,388/40 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Physical Therapy license for the practicing state
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included)

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, review medical histories, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable rehabilitation goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination
• Provide hands-on manual therapies (joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, manual stretching) to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Administer modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold to support pain management and tissue healing
• Train and instruct patients on safe use of assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs)
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, body mechanics, ergonomics, and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress, update treatment plans as clinically indicated, and prepare accurate medical records and progress notes
• Develop and prescribe personalized home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery and independence
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other care team members
• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards of care, including patient confidentiality and informed consent, while delivering culturally sensitive services
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
