- Attend high-risk deliveries with NICU team for <30 weeks gestation
- Ambulance transports as needed, averaging 1 per month
- Stabilize patients requiring transport to higher level care
- NICU team includes RN and RT support staff
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
