Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Experience in inpatient rehab; med-surg or neurological rehab experience preferred
• BLS required; rehab-specific certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and rehabilitation progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions per plan of care
• Provide patient and family education to support rehabilitation goals
• Coordinate care and communicate with therapy and medical teams
• Document patient status accurately and assist with discharge planning
