Rate: $2,125 per 35-hour week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year OT experience
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Rehab
• Active OT license (Missouri license required; compact license accepted)

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation, treatment, and documentation for LTC/rehab residents per facility standards and regulations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and discharge planning in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical notes and billing documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to optimize functional outcomes and safety

Credentialing:

• Must meet facility credentialing and background check requirements prior to start date
