$45/HOURLY ON W2+ $1442 STIPEND FOR LODGING AND MEALS

Start Date: 05/04/2026
End Date: 08/02/2026
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (4 shifts/week; includes some weekends)
On-Call: Not Required
Floating: Not Specified

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to provide exceptional patient care through coordination and management of the care continuum. The RN Case Manager will:

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to optimize care outcomes
Develop, implement, and revise individualized case management plans
Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare teams, and insurance providers
Coordinate care from pre-admission through post-discharge
Ensure efficient progression through hospitalization

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of acute care case management experience (MANDATORY)
Active RN license in the state of practice (California)
Ability to work variable days, including weekends
Strong communication and coordination skills
