Join a contract/travel assignment in Kentfield, CA, starting ASAP. This role offers $2,383 per 36-hour shift and is based in the Emergency Department at Greenbrae/Kentfield area.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Emergency room experience or recent acute care background preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred.

Core responsibilities:

• Rapidly triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report significant changes to physicians and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
• Provide clear education to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
