Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Psychiatric Nursing (Sacramento & CA Locations)

Adelphi is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care at psychiatric hospitals across California, including Atascadero, Coalinga, Norwalk, Patton, Sacramento, and Napa. This contract position offers a competitive rate of $70/hr and schedules across the week (Mon–Sun; specific shifts to be confirmed).

Key responsibilities:

• Provide and monitor psychiatric and medical nursing care within scope of licensure.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other support staff as needed.
• Review and document patient progress, ensuring continuity of care.
• Follow state regulations, hospital policies, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years (internships do not qualify).
