Willits, CA — Outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity. Compensation: $3,005 weekly gross (W2: $37.50/hr + $1,505 lodging & meal stipend). Local rate: $67/hr (W2).

Role overview
Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy services by designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to restore and improve physical mobility, function, and overall wellbeing. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress, document outcomes, and educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore and enhance mobility and function
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members
• Provide patient and family education on home programs and injury prevention

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required for licenses issued after Jan 2016
