Compensation
- Weekly gross: $2,506
- Pay structure: $35/hr (W2) + $1,246/week stipend
Unit & Assignment
- 32-bed Med/Surg unit
- Typical ratio 1:6; may float to 1:8
- Floating required
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience (no first-time travelers)
- BLS certification
- Comfortable managing up to 8 patients
- Competence with IV insertion, CPAP/BiPAP, feeding tubes, and wound vacs
