Qualifications:

• Active RN license in practicing state.
• Experience in long-term care nursing; prior leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
• BLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Supervisory or management certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Oversee resident care to ensure adherence to individualized care plans.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and escalate per facility protocol.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes.
