Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) — Camden, ME | 13-Week Contract, PM Shift

Rate: Local: $2,360 / 40 hours

Requirements:

• Active, valid RN state license
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Coordinate patient care: perform/oversee assessments, treatments, documentation, and update care plans as needed
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient coverage
• Mentor staff and provide ongoing education to build clinical skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Promote clear communication within the healthcare team and resolve issues promptly
• Advocate for patient-centered care and address patient concerns
• Respond to medical emergencies per facility protocols
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation
• Monitor regulatory changes and enforce staff compliance with policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
