Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) — York, ME — Contract/36-hr wk

We’re looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical team in York, ME on a contract/travel basis. This role starts ASAP, follows a Monday–Friday schedule for 36 hours per week, and pays $2,052/36-hours.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, solid organizational habits, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population.

What you’ll do day-to-day

• Regularly assess patients and monitor vital signs to catch changes early.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation and promptly communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and self-care strategies.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to coordinate and optimize patient care.
