**Locums | Neonatology | In-House Nights | Southfield, MI**
**Why This Role**
- Level III NICU with strong clinical support and manageable census
- Urgent need with temps available for faster start
- Flexible ongoing night coverage with multiple open shifts
**Assignment Details**
- Start: As soon as credentialed (temps available)
- Ongoing coverage
- Schedule: 7p–7a (in-house nights)
- Setting: Level III NICU
- EMR: Cerner / PowerChart
**Clinical Details**
- Average 0–4 admissions per day
- Average daily census: 12
- 15-bed NICU
- Attend C-sections and manage neonatal transfers
- No well-baby nursery coverage required
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or truly BE Neonatology
- Neonatology fellowship required
- Active MI license (in hand)
- BLS, NRP, ACLS
- Recent Level III/IV NICU experience (within last 6 months)
- Clean background
- Local provider required (mileage only reimbursed)
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
