Join our outpatient team in Alpena, MI as a full-time Physical Therapist. This position begins 05/18/2026 and follows a day schedule (9:00 AM–5:30 PM; 8-hour shift) with weekend coverage approximately one weekend per month.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality outpatient PT services within established clinical protocols and completing required new-hire competencies.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — obtain within one month of hire/transfer
- Successful completion of new-hire competency assessments
