Schedule and Coverage
- Clinical + call coverage
- Typical work schedule: 4 days/week (TBD)
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Maximum call response time: 20 minutes
Clinical Volume and Team
- Annual births: ~400/year
- Current physician staff: 4
- Advanced practice support: 4 CNPs (2 FT, 2 PT), 1 PT Behavioral Health CNP
- Additional support: Lactation consultant
Key Duties
- Rounding on newborns
- Attending C-sections
- Taking call
Requirements
- Active Ohio medical license
- BC/BE in Pediatrics
- PALS and NRP certification
- DEA registration
