Location: Sweetwater, Texas

$2182 Weekly gross

$26/hourly on W2+ $1246 Stipend for lodging and meals

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Shift: Days (36 hours/week guaranteed)

Position Overview-

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic rural hospital setting in West Texas. This role requires a well-rounded nurse capable of managing antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum, and nursery care.

⚠️ Important: Candidates with only postpartum experience will not be considered. Labor & Delivery experience is required.

Facility Overview

• 50–149 bed hospital
• Approximately 20–30 deliveries per month
• Rural healthcare setting with a collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care across:
• Antepartum
• Labor & Delivery
• Postpartum
• Newborn nursery
• Assist as OB circulator (preferred experience)
• Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific, current)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Must be proficient across all OB care stages

Required Certifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE Certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
