**About the Position**
Full-time Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine opportunity with a 50/50 mix of clinic and ICU work. Join an established team in a supportive practice setting with strong earning potential, a balanced schedule, and access to a broad range of procedures.
**Practice Highlights**
-50/50 split between clinic and inpatient/ICU responsibilities
-Opportunity to perform a variety of procedures
-Join 2 experienced physicians, 1 PA, and 1 NP
-Immediate need within a well-established practice
-No local competition
-Strong administrative and staff support
-24/7 hospitalist coverage by board-certified Internal Medicine physicians
-ABEM/residency-trained emergency physicians
-Stable nursing support for coordinated patient care
**Schedule and Time Off**
-7 weeks off annually plus holidays
-Fair rotation for shift coverage
-Designed to support work-life balance
**Compensation and Benefits**
-$500,000+ annual earning potential
