**Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician**
**Location: Mason City, Iowa**
• Join a team of 2 Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians and 2 Intensivists.
• Inpatient/Outpatient practice with an 18-bed ICU.
• Teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents and medical students.
• Pulmonary outreach opportunities across a 14-county regional network serving approximately 260,000 people.
• Practice at a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital with Level III Trauma Center and comprehensive specialty support.
• Access to more than 300 employed providers across multiple specialties.
Compensation & Benefits
• $421,267 base salary + production incentives.
• $150,000 bonus package.
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance.
• Comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, paid malpractice with tail, $6,000 CME, retirement plans, and generous PTO.
• H-1B and J-1 candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
• BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care; must become board certified within 3 years of eligibility.
• Iowa license or eligibility and DEA required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
