Required Credentials

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Pennsylvania

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records; document assessments, interventions, patient education, and outcomes.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, enforce facility policies, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
