- Friday - Tuesday 7 am - 7 am 96-hour call blocks
- 10 patients per shift with 1,000 deliveries per year
- Call coverage for both OB and GYN services
- Complex procedures including C-sections and high-risk pregnancies
- OB ultrasounds performance and interpretation required
- 30-minute beeper call response time
- Laparoscopic diagnostic and minor procedures
- 25% callback rate with 1:5 call ratio
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
