Position Details: Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician looking to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive, high-performing team? UP Health System – Marquette, the regional leader in compassionate, cutting-edge care, is ready to welcome you to our Emergency Medicine family

• Hospital-employed practice with nine current physicians and three PAs

• 20-bed Emergency Department in a level II trauma center, regional referral center

• 8hr & 12hr shifts available

• 12 to 15 shifts/month, with opportunity to seek additional shifts at associated rural critical access hospitals within our system

• Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University; medical students and family practice residents

• Engaged and supportive practice environment

• Approximately 1.6 patients per hour

• 36 hours of physician coverage per day, 12 hours PA coverage

• EDIS EMR system in the Emergency Department, Cerner inpatient system

• Full radiographic support including US, CT, MRI capability

• Dedicated reimbursed CME hours annually
