We are seeking a Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care team. This role offers a collaborative, physician-led environment, strong support resources, and an excellent work-life balance in a growing, community-focused setting.
* Established primary care practice with a team-based care model
* 36 patient-facing hours per week
* Strong clinical support, including medical assistants assisting with administrative tasks
* Opportunity to quickly build and manage a patient panel
* Access to a broad network of specialists for coordinated care
* Phone-only call shared regionally with minimal weekend impact
* Emphasis on work-life balance and professional satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams
* Participate in shared call rotation (phone-only)
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
* Support a patient-centered approach to care delivery
**Qualifications (Required)**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (must complete residency)
* Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually
* Potential quality and/or productivity bonuses
* Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
