We are seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join a large, collaborative, and growing anesthesia team. * Join a team of 50+ anesthesiologists across multiple practice settings, including trauma centers and outpatient surgical facilities

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of procedures, including:
* High-acuity trauma
* Obstetrics (OB)
* Major spine procedures
* General, vascular, and thoracic surgery
* Orthopedics
* ENT
* Gynecology
* Urology
* Gastrointestinal procedures
* Deliver patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
* Participate in a shared, equitable call rotation
* Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain and expand clinical and procedural skills across specialties
* Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and clinical excellence

**Qualifications (Required)**

* Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
* Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
* ACLS and BLS certifications

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Base Salary: $469,000 – $520,000 annually
* $20,000 sign-on bonus
* Up to $30,000 annual quality incentive bonus
