Primary Care FP/IM Physician opportunity 45 min southeast of Riverside, CA

Great opportunity just southeast of Riverside, CA for a Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to work in an outpatient family practice setting. 

• Must be a Board Certified Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician 
• New Grad out of residency or well experienced welcome to apply
• Ideally someone already enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - 8 hour shifts - no call
• 3-4 patients per hour
• Will have 3-4 APP's staffed at location as well
• Scheduled and Walk In patients throughout day
• EMR used is currently Integrity but switching to Epic
• Looking for mission driven providers to help the community in need
• Base salary with quarterly compliance bonuses per patient, $30K sign on, relocation, and loan repayment options available
• $300-305K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
