- Patient demographics: All ages (pediatrics rare)
- Patient volume: 12–16 patients/day
- Case mix: General primary care (family practice)
- Procedures: Minor office procedures only
- Support staff: 1 NP; 1:1 MA per physician
- Facilities/equipment: 2 procedure rooms; in-house lab
- EMR: Epic
Credentials & Requirements:
- Active Michigan medical license
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Michigan DEA
- ACLS & BLS (AHA)
- Clean background required for credentialing
- Hospital privileges required
- Interviews required prior to placement
