Job Description

Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic in Atlanta, GA, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. If you are looking to focus on the Quality of care vs. the Volume of patients seen, keep reading. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.

Experience with Geriatric Primary Care, ideally Medicare.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare, the ideal candidate will have some experience.
Ability to work closely with APP's. APP's work at the top of their field at this organization.
Medical Directorship opportunities available.
Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.
Salary range: $240-290k base, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range..
