**About the Position**
A full-time Pediatrician is sought to join a well-established outpatient clinic within a respected regional medical center. This opportunity offers a smooth transition into a stable practice, with long-term continuity driven by a planned retirement.

-Opening due to anticipated retirement in late 2027
-Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
-Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 admin hours
-Call: 1:6 rotation
-Average 25–30 patients per day
-Established team of 5 Pediatricians
-Support staff includes RN, MA, reception, and dedicated VFC coordinator

-145-bed general acute care hospital
-Largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, ID and Spokane, WA
-Level III Trauma Center
-More than 100 board-certified physicians and providers
-Strong referral base and collaborative environment

**Qualifications**
-Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics
-Eligible for Idaho medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority

**Compensation and Benefits**
-Base salary starting at $250,000 + wRVU production incentive or pure production model
-$50K sign-on bonus
-$15K relocation assistance
