Full-time
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OBGYN to join a highly respected and growing private practice in Tucson, AZ. Serving the community since 2008, their practice is known for high-quality, patient-centered care and an outstanding quality of life for physicians.
* Well-established OB/GYN group serving Tucson for 10+ years
* Team-based environment with 4 OB/GYNs, 2 NPs, and 4 CNMs
* CNMs provide first-call support, offering a true work-life balance
* 1:4 call schedule
* Cover one hospital only
* 5 Surgical robots available
* Maternal-Fetal Medicine support within the group
* High patient volume with strong referral base
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary
* Partnership/membership track (2–3 years)
* Comprehensive benefits package including: Malpractice insurance, PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k)
**Qualifications**
* Board-certified or board-eligible in OBGYN
* Active or ability to obtain an unrestricted Arizona medical license
* DEA certificate (or ability to obtain)
* Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Trustworthy, compassionate approach to patient care
