Medical Director and Collaborating Physician- Indiana | 32hrs patient care

Job Highlights

• Full time, hospital employed
• Monday – Friday Normal Day Clinic Hours typically 8:00am – 5:30pm
• 32 hours direct patient care time, 8 hours admin time
• This role will serve as the collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Epic EMR
• Practicing MD/DO who is BC, prefers 5+ years of experience
• Compensation Range: $125/hr. + Medical Director stipend of $10,000/year

  • Quality Goals are measured and tied to quarterly bonuses, with $15,000 per quarter Maximum Quality Rate
• This role must understand direct-to-employer models where client leaders may include elected officials and municipal leaders
• Provide such supervision, management, and oversight to the Employer Health Centers to ensure that professional services rendered meet or exceed accepted standards of care, including accreditation standards as applicable

Education Requirements

• Graduate from a medical school recognized or approved by the Medical Licensing Board

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of Family Medicine experience required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
