We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join a long-term care/rehab team in Ada, Oklahoma. This is a contract/travel position starting 05/25/2026, with day shifts (8-hour shifts) and no weekend requirements. The schedule is days-only, and the rate is $2,020 for 35 hours.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience (new grads are welcome if you’ve completed Level II clinical experience—not just Level I observation)
- Background in long-term care or rehab
- Active Oklahoma PT license
