Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Current ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- BSN
- Specialty or professional certification recognized by Magnet standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to post-procedural and Med/Tele patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor recovery status
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered
- Assess for complications and initiate timely interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and families on post-procedure care
- Document assessments and interventions in EMR
