• 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday schedule
• 20 - 30% patient care, 70 - 80% leadership responsibilities
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics required
• Minimum 5 years outpatient experience required
• Minimum 3 years clinical leadership experience required
• Epic and athenahealth EMR experience preferred
• X-ray and labs on-site for comprehensive patient care
• Triage call responsibilities included
