Our client, a value-based Preventative Medicine clinic, is looking for a Primary Care physician to join their growing team in Phoenix, AZ. If you are looking to focus on the quality of care vs. the volume of patients seen, keep reading. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.

Experience with Geriatric Primary Care, ideally Medicare.
Strong interest in practicing value-based healthcare is ideal, experience a plus.
The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Ability to work closely with Advanced Practice Providers. APPs work at the top of their field at this organization.
Medical Directorship opportunities available.
Team are currently migrating to EPIC from a proprietary EHR.
Salary range: $240-290k base, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range..
The ideal candidate will speak fluent medical Spanish.
