Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Full-Time, Perth Amboy/North Bergen, NJ

Join a community-focused pediatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We seek a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role based primarily in our Perth Amboy office, with optional coverage at our North Bergen location.

Clinical responsibilities:

• Outpatient pediatric care with periodic newborn hospital rounding (approximately every 6 weeks)
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required
• Collaborative team practice emphasizing continuity of care and patient education

Schedule:

• Full-time, five-day work week with every-other-Saturday rotation
• Weeks that include a Saturday shift offer one weekday off

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary $130,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)
• Quarterly performance bonus and partnership track opportunity

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred to serve a large Hispanic patient population
