Outpatient Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP/FNP) — No Call, Flexible Schedule, Paterson NJ

A well-established, family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, NJ is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team. Serving the community for over 30 years, the independently operated clinic offers a supportive environment, a loyal patient base, and a spacious facility with potential for growth. This is a 100% outpatient role with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or on-call duties—supporting an excellent work-life balance. Flexible full- or part-time schedules are available, with optional Saturday coverage.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active or eligible NJ NP licensure
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care

Compensation & benefits:
