Job Description
Join our outpatient vascular team serving Warwick and North Providence. We’re looking for a motivated, clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. You’ll see a wide range of vascular conditions, support minor procedures, and work closely with surgeons and other specialists to coordinate care.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate and manage patients with arterial and venous disease in the clinic
- Perform clinical assessments, educate patients and families, and develop treatment plans
- Assist with minor outpatient procedures and support vascular interventions
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth follow-up and optimal outcomes
Compensation & benefits
- Salary range: $120,000–$150,000

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active licensure in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island
- Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (vascular, surgical, or wound care experience a plus)
- Interest or experience in wound management, vascular disease, and outpatient procedural care
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Preferred skills & experience
- Familiarity with arterial and venous conditions such as carotid stenosis, stroke, aortic aneurysm, claudication, ischemic ulcers, varicose veins, and venous ulcers
- Experience with or willingness to learn sclerotherapy techniques
- Comfort with non-invasive vascular studies
