Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Buckhead (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead, Georgia, providing patient-centered, comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) with shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No call

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary care to adults, including routine exams and Pap smears
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and address urgent care needs in the primary care setting
• Provide preventive counseling and support patient wellness goals
• Collaborate with the care team to drive quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging ~2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional, patient-focused interactions with patients and staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to patient-centered care
