Primary Care NP or PA – Competitive Pay, Flexible Schedules & Growth in Atlanta, GA

Join a collaborative primary care team in the Atlanta area where you’ll deliver patient-focused, comprehensive care to a diverse community. We’re looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working in a supportive clinical environment with a steady schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Schedule options

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week. Every other weekend required; weekend availability is mandatory.
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Choose one of the following: two consistent weekdays totaling 24 hours, or one weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours).

Locations
Opportunities are available across the Atlanta metro area, including Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $138,000–$159,000 annually (average $147,000)

What you’ll do

• Provide full-scope primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain one
• 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply
