Remote Locums Tele-Neurologist (Stroke/Acute Neuro) — Fort Smith/Multi-State Remote

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team, providing real-time neurologic consultations to hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity—ideal whether you want supplemental shifts or a long-term telemedicine practice. You’ll consult on acute and inpatient cases (including stroke alerts) via a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Core responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultations to ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic or endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Candidates with licenses already in hand are preferred, especially in FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
