Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Board-Certified/Eligible (Stroke/ED, Flexible Shifts)

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurology physicians needed for a fully remote locum tenens tele-neurology role supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. Provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and guide thrombolytic and endovascular decision-making
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians on diagnosis and treatment plans
• Document encounters in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology training a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand preferred for: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
