Locum Urology Surgeon — Flexible PRN, $3,500/Day, Rock Island/Bettendorf/Moline (BC/BE)

We’re looking for a Locum Urology Surgeon (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join a well-established, well-supported team. This is a flexible PRN opportunity that emphasizes work-life balance and allows you to keep a predictable schedule while practicing high-quality adult urology.

Compensation: $3,500 per day

What you’ll do

• Provide acute adult urological care in a facility-based setting.
• Operate in the OR with assigned block time.
• Work alongside experienced Urologists and full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for collaborative patient care.
• Ensure continuity of care across outpatient clinics and inpatient services.

Where you’ll work

• Primary hospital in Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.
• All sites are close by—about a 15-minute commute between locations.
• Schedule is PRN and flexible; posted 90 days in advance to help you plan.

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active medical licenses in both Iowa and Illinois.
