Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Surgeon needed to join an established, well-supported urology team serving Rock Island, IL, with outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL (all sites within ~15 minutes).

Compensation

• $549,000 base

Key responsibilities

• Provide acute adult urological care in facility-based settings
• Perform operative procedures with assigned OR block time
• Collaborate with multiple experienced urologists and full-time APPs
• Ensure continuity of outpatient and inpatient care

Schedule & locations

• 14–16 clinical days per month (schedule posted 90 days in advance)
• Primary hospital: Rock Island, IL
• Outpatient clinics: Bettendorf, IA and Moline, IL
• Predictable schedule supporting approximately two weeks off per month
