Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Floating Provider)

We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team as a floating provider. You’ll help deliver primary care across multiple outpatient clinics in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties in South Carolina. If you enjoy building strong patient relationships, focusing on prevention, and managing chronic conditions, this role offers variety and meaningful impact across several communities.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages.
• Travel regularly between assigned family medicine sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
• Emphasize wellness and prevention while managing acute and chronic health conditions.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record in a timely manner.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license.
• Certification or eligibility for certification in your specialty (FNP, PA-C).
