Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Family Medicine (Multi-Site, Greenwood, SC)

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to serve as a floating family medicine provider across outpatient sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties, SC.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, wellness and prevention, and routine follow-up.
• Travel regularly between assigned family medicine clinics within the five-county area.
• Deliver evidence-based care and coordinate treatment with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive health.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Minimum 2 years’ primary care or family medicine experience.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license (or eligible).
• National certification appropriate to role (FNP, PA-C) or eligible for certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clinics.
